First, some ornament inspiration!...
I made these lantern ornaments using the layers of Color Reindeer Waltz and Christmas verses clear stamp sets.
This view shows the lantern shape:
I cut my ovals before assembling the lantern using my Spellbinders oval dies. The scalloped oval frame is also a Spellbinders die. Then I just blinged it up a bit with ribbon and little gems. I purchased the tassel at JoAnnes craft store.
The little light is a battery operated "candle".

I used Tsukineko Momento black die ink on vellum.

I love these lanterns. The soft lighting behind your stamped images is very nice. I really like that reindeer stamp, so intricate in detail, I am going to have to make work of adding that to my collection ;) Thanks for sharing, beautiful work!
