This card includes the new Angelic art stamp set and the Christmas Verses art stamp set. Cardstock is from The PaperTemptress. Ink is from Tsukineko. 
 Grand Caliber and die templates are by Spellbinders Paper Arts. Lacy punch is by EK Success and stickers are from my stash.

I love "traditional" Christmas colors as much as anyone.... but these sweet angels just seemed to call out for girly-girl pink!  ;D

Thursday Morning Bright Spot

I enjoyed coloring the sweet little fairy like the one I posted yesterday. So I made another! These are so much fun to do! 

Here she is:

I love to make bright cards...warms me up on these cold days!

Stamps are EK Success for the fairy and the lovely sentiment stamp is by Gina K Designs. 

My little fairy was colored with coptic's and colored pencils. Sakura gel clear glaze pens are awesome...that's what I used to give her some shimmer. A fairy has to shimmer, you know!

Isn't that butterfly ribbon to die for?! Michaels craft store has been stocking the prettiest ribbon lately!

Let your dreams take flight with Stampin' B's

Good morning!...and yes it is a good one for me because I actually finished some challenge cards before the challenges ended!!  LOL I'm usually a day late...at least! I know you can probably relate!

Stampn' B's is a new (to me) challenge site that I have been introduced to by my friend Vicki D.

She is the newest member of their design team and boy were they smart to pick her up!...You can check out her gorgeous cards at All I Do is Stamp.

This week's Hostess is Faith aka markie's mom. Faith's challenge is: Make a card with a butterfly, a flower and a die cut.

Here is my card!  (it was so much fun! hee-hee!)

The fairy stamp is from an EK Success clear stamps set. I colored her with Coptic's, colored pencils and Sakura clear gel pen. The butterflies are a Martha Stewart punch. The patterned papers are by K&Company. I punched the tiny flowers glued around the scalloped edge from some of the metallic circles on the patterned paper and added a tiny diamond gem in the centers.

Wordbird's Tip: I like to use a tiny dab of Ranger's Glossy Accents to apply all of my stick on embellishments...it has wonderful holding power. The adhesive on most stick on embellies tends to slip and slide, especially if the card is mailed.
